From Our Showroom to Your Home

Here's exactly how your granite countertop goes from slab to installed — typically within a week.

Step by Step

Our Proven 5-Step Process

  1. Step 1

    Selection

With our showroom open, clients can view granite samples inside with the help of our sales staff. We encourage you to bring samples of cabinetry, tiles, and backsplash so we can help match colours. You can also take samples home to view them in your own lighting. We also have over 200 slabs on site to view outside — there's a big difference between a sample chip and seeing the actual slab that will become your countertop.

    Step 1
  2. Step 2

    Deposit

Once your granite is chosen and the quote accepted, we ask for a 50% deposit. This holds your chosen slab and schedules your template within a couple of days.

    Step 2
  3. Step 3

    Template

An installer visits your home to take exact measurements of the space. They'll assess entrances and hallways and determine whether seams are needed. If your sink isn't purchased through us, bring its template at this stage.

    Step 3
  4. Step 4

    Fabrication

Your slab is cut to the template dimensions. Our fabricators hand-finish the edge profile you specified and cut the sink hole. Your countertop is now ready for installation.

    Step 4
  5. Step 5

    Installation

We'll contact you to schedule installation. Our installers bring the finished pieces, connect any seams with colour-matched epoxy, and attach the sink with silicone. Once you've verified the job, we settle the remaining balance — and we encourage you to show it off!
